BASS Fielding Gloves Limited Warranty - 90-day limited warranty For 90 days from delivery, Bass fielding gloves are covered against defects in leather, lacing, stitching and materials under normal use by the original purchaser. WHAT IS COVERED - Lacing that breaks or fails under normal use. - Seam or stitching failure. - Defects in the leather or materials. - Failed hardware such as the wrist closure. WHAT IS NOT COVERED - Normal break-in, pocket shaping and wear. - Damage from water, heat (including drying with heat or storage in a hot vehicle), or oils and conditioners not recommended by Bass. - Colour change, fading or other cosmetic change. - Damage caused by relacing or altering the glove. Relacing by a competent repairer does not affect this warranty, except for damage the relacing itself causes. - Misuse, loss or theft. - Gloves not bought new from BassGloves.com or BassLuxurySports.com. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM 1. Submit a claim at BassLuxurySports.com/warranty/claim with your order reference, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue and clear photographs. 2. We aim to reply within 3 business days. We may ask for more photographs, or for the piece to be returned to us with a prepaid label we provide. 3. Approved claims are resolved as set out under What we will do. You can follow your claim at any time with the private link we give you. WHAT WE WILL DO Repair (including relacing) or replacement with the same model and size. If it is no longer available, we will offer a comparable Bass glove whose price is not more than the price you paid; if you prefer, or if we cannot offer one, we will refund the price you paid. We provide prepaid shipping labels both ways. YOUR RIGHTS This limited warranty is given in addition to the rights you have under the law of your state. Nothing in it limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited. Damage on arrival and returns are covered separately by our Shipping & Returns policy.
