BASS Batting Gloves Limited Warranty - 30-day limited warranty For 30 days from delivery, Bass batting gloves are covered against defects in stitching, seams, closures and materials under normal use by the original purchaser. WHAT IS COVERED - Seam or stitching failure. - Wrist strap or closure failure. - Defects in the leather or materials. WHAT IS NOT COVERED - Normal wear, including palm and finger wear from gripping the bat. - Damage from washing or drying contrary to the care instructions. - Fit or size (exchanges are handled under Shipping & Returns). - Cosmetic change, misuse, loss or theft. - Gloves not bought new from BassGloves.com or BassLuxurySports.com. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM 1. Submit a claim at BassLuxurySports.com/warranty/claim with your order reference, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue and clear photographs. 2. We aim to reply within 3 business days. We may ask for more photographs, or for the piece to be returned to us with a prepaid label we provide. 3. Approved claims are resolved as set out under What we will do. You can follow your claim at any time with the private link we give you. WHAT WE WILL DO Replacement with the same model and size, or a refund of the price paid if it is no longer available. We provide prepaid shipping labels both ways. YOUR RIGHTS This limited warranty is given in addition to the rights you have under the law of your state. Nothing in it limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited. Damage on arrival and returns are covered separately by our Shipping & Returns policy.
