About the Program The Bass Luxury Sports Internship Program is a premier, hands-on remote experience designed for ambitious students looking to break into the sports business, manufacturing, e-commerce, and digital media industries. Working directly with executive leadership, interns gain real-world exposure across high-growth sports brands, tech platforms, and digital content ecosystems. Key Focus Areas & Responsibilities * Digital Marketing & E-Commerce: Assist with social media distribution, product launch strategies, and digital storefront optimization. * Sports Tech & Platform Operations: Support data curation and user management for amateur sports evaluation and scouting platforms. * Content & Media: Help coordinate digital content workflows, short-form video rollouts, and community engagement initiatives. What We Are Looking For * Current undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * A strong passion for baseball, softball, athletic equipment, and the business of sports. * Self-starters with excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a proactive mindset. Program Details * Location: 100% Virtual / Remote * Commitment: Flexible (10–15 hours/week), ideal for academic credit or resume building.
Responsibilities
* Assist with digital marketing strategy, social media content distribution, and short-form video editing workflows. * Support e-commerce operations, product launches, and digital storefront management across sports manufacturing and retail lines. * Help curate data, manage digital profiles, and support operations for amateur sports evaluation and scouting platforms. * Coordinate digital content workflows, publishing schedules, and community engagement initiatives under executive guidance.
Qualifications
* Current undergraduate or graduate students majoring in Sports Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields. * A strong passion for baseball, softball, athletic equipment, and the business of sports. * Self-starters with excellent communication skills, strong organization, and a proactive mindset. * Familiarity with modern social media platforms, content tools, or basic data management.
